From June 23 to 26, a delegation formed by the DCCC Office in China and Chinese Development Center for Western and Eastern Area Cooperation went to Tonghua, Jilin province for a investigation. Members of the delegation included: Wang Shaoguang, senior expert from the Ministry of Finance, doctor tutor, director of Chinese Development Center for Western and Eastern Area Cooperation, Gao Ying, chief representative of the DCCC Office in China, Lan Zhonghua, director of the Investigation Department of Chinese Development Center for Western and Eastern Area Cooperation.
The main purpose of the delegation is to carry out initiative investigation on healthy aid-the-poor programme and foreign investment. Under the arrangement of Tonghua government, the delegation investigated county hospitals in succession, it also visited Tonghua Grape Wine Company, Shengda Grape Wine Company, Tonghua Wantong Medicine Corp., Shenghe Medicine Corp. and so on.
On the afternoon of June 24, Zhang Yong, mayor of Tongzhou held talks with the delegation. Yang Yuqing, assistant mayor of Tongzhou, Ma Changhai, Secretary of Commission of Dongcheng Area of Tongzhou, Zhang Dacai, Chairman of the People’s Government of Dongchang Area of Tonghua, Zhao Zhengjun, vice Secretary of Commission of Dongcheng Area of Tongzhou, Gao Feng, vice Chairman of the People’s Government of Dongchang Area of Tonghua, Li Ang, vice chairman of Dongchang People’s Political Consultative Conference and Sun Hongshan, vice chairman of Medical Bureau also attended the meeting.
