The Dutch Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong Dadonghua Investment Ltd. and Other Units’Tour of Investigation in Shangqiu Henan 2004/8/3
August 2nd 2004, an commercial investigation group consisted of Xing Weiyi, the general manager of Hong Kong Dadonghua Investment Ltd and the China district delegate of Singapore Rinsing Environmental Protection Private Ltd., Gao Ying, the chief delegate of the representative office in China of the DCCC and Li Ji, the vice chief manager of Beijing Zhongke Investment Ltd. had visited Shangqiu, Henan provience and was warmly welcomed by the Secretary of municipal Party committee, Liu Mancang and other city leaders such as Wang Baocun, Li Yingjie and Zhang Xiuqi.
Under the arrangement of Shangqiu city leaders, the investigation group had visited major industrial enterprises of Shangqiu. August 3rd , the group arrived at and visited Yong Cheng Coal and Electricity Co., Ltd. this picture showed that the commercial investigation group is visiting Shangqiu electric aluminium power plant.
A contract-signing ceremony on water affair cooperation and medical waste disposal projects was held in the group’s tour. The group also reached a preliminary attempt on health anti-poverty project.
August 3rd , A contract-signing ceremony on water affair cooperation and medical waste disposal projects was held in Yudong Hotel by Shangqiu Public utility Administration Bureau and Hong Kong Dadonghua Investment Ltd.. the both sides signed two letters of intent:“the Project on Construction of Shangqiu Medical Waste Disposal Center”and “the Cooperation on wholly purchase of Shangqiu Water Affairs System”. Zeng Shaobao, vice mayor of Shangqiu attended the ceremony.
On water affairs cooperation, Hong Kong Dadonghua Investment Ltd proposed to wholly purchase the city’s water affair enterprise. On project of medical waste disposal, in accordance of Shangqiu’s ward and clinic amount of the hospital, through initiative calculation, Hong Kong Dadonghua Investment Ltd decided to build an medical waste disposal center which can deal with 8-10 tons of medical waste, , the enterprise will invest 15,000,000-17,000,000 yuan on this project. The center will be build in the city’s garbage disposal factory.
