Dutch Commercial Purchasing Delegation Went to Qingdao to Join the 3rd APEC Medium and Small Enterprises Conference and Fair 2004/6/4
June 1st 2004, accompanied by the China Representative Office of the DCCC dispatched chief representative Gao Ying and senior consultant Yu Yin, Dutch commercial purchasing delegation flew to Qingdao to join the 3rd APEC Medium and Small Enterprises Conference and Fair. Coordinated by the China Representative Office of the DCCC and under the arrangement of the organizing committee, the delegation took part in all important activities of the conference.
On the night of June 1, the commercial purchasing delegation attended the “open ceremony banquet”held in the banquet hall of Shangri-la Hotel.
On the morning of June 2, the commercial purchasing delegation attended the open ceremony of the 3rd APEC Medium and Small Enterprises Conference and Fair, the commercial purchasing delegation took pictures with members of the China Representative Office of the DCCC at the ceremony scene; after the ceremony the commercial purchasing delegation held talks with Chinese enterprises on technology exchanges.
Late on June 2, the commercial purchasing delegation visited Haier Group and other related enterprises. Some foreign members also visited the color TV department of Qingdao Haier group and held talks with related directors on manufacturing TVs under the brand of Haier in Europe, the two sides had reached an cooperative intention.
On the night of June 2, the commercial purchasing delegation was invited to attend the open ceremony evening party took place in the Hall of People.
On June 3, the commercial purchasing delegation attended the “transnational purchase meeting”in the second floor of Qingdao international exhibition center. More than 50 transnational purchasing groups were invited to delivered purchasing information in the meeting, thus the supplying and demanding sides could talk directly right away.
In the afternoon of June 3, the commercial purchasing delegation arrived at Zhejiang province for another commercial investigation.
In the evening of June 3, the China Representative Office of the DCCC was invited to take part in the “international demanding group and supplying group get-together banquet”, vice mayor of Qingdao government, Yu Wei, vice director of Qindao Foreign Trade Bureau, Zhang Haifang and other related leaders attended the banquet and delivered speeches, members of the China Representative Office of the DCCC and Qingdao government leaders separately took pictures as a memento.
