Dutch Purchasing Delegation Had Accomplished Its Tour in China with a Great Many of Achievements 2004/9/1
From September 11 to 19, 2004, led by Xu Zhuoya, vice chairman of the DCCC, the Dutch purchasing delegation which consisted of 9 members, went to Beijing, Qingdao, Ningbo, Cixi, Shaoxing, Hangzhou, Yiwu and so on places for commercial investigations. In Beijing Shunyi District, the purchasing delegation was warmly received by vice chairman of Shunyi government, chairman of Invest Bereau and other related department leaders. Under the arrangement of Shunyi government, the delegation visited Huiyuan Juice Drink Co, Ltd. and Beijing Shunxin Qianshou Co, Ltd. and other large-scale food and beverage production enterprises. In the afternoon, the DCCC office in China had held successfully a “2004 the DCCC Purchasing Conference” in Beijing Mary State Banquet Hotel, that build a communication platform for enterprises of Chinese and foreign countries.
In Qingdao of Shandong province, under the arrangement of Qingdao Multinational Purchasing Improvement Center, the delegation joined Qingdao Textile, Furniture and Home Appliances Trade Conference & Multinational Purchasing Conference. The delegation held talks with Mr. Pu Zhe, president of QingDao BaoGao Electronics Co. Ltd.. At the same time, on some white electric appliances such as coffee set and watering trough, the delegation investigated Qingdao Aokema Corp., QingDao BaoGao Electronics Co. Ltd. and Haibilayin Industrial and Trade Co. Ltd. and held talks with related enterprises with product samples exchanged.
Invited by Zhejiang Association of Industry and Commerce, the DCCC purchasing delegation went to Ningbo, Cixi, Shaoxing, Hangzhou and Yiwu for commercial investigations. It had paid an official call to Ningbo Association of Industry and Commerce, Cixi Association of Industry and Commerce, Zhejiang province Association of Industry and Commerce and other units. Xia Yichang, vice director of United Front Work Department of Zhejiang provincial Party committee, vice chairman of Zhejiang Overseas Friendship Association, a member of the Standing Committee of Zhejiang People’s Political Consultative Conference, and other leaders of the friendly associations had met members of the delegation, the delegation presented gifts respectively and showed its willingness for carrying out a long-term cooperation, keeping a friendly relationship and develop together.
Accompanied by members from Ningbo Association of Industry and Commerce, the delegation visited Ningbo Rongda Gas Cooker Co. Ltd. and Shaoxin Best Nail Industry Co. Ltd. for purchasing nails and related items. The delegation also held commercial talks with Ningbo Xianfu Electrics Co. Ltd. and Zhejiang Shaoxing Fudeli Timber industry Co. Ltd., with product samples exchanged. In Yiwu city, the delegation held talks with Yiwu Kitty Cultural Articles Co. and ZheJiang KangShiCheng Stationery & Prize Co. Ltd. and visited Zhejiang Yundong Industrial Co. Ltd..
At last, the delegation gained indents and reached materials process cooperation intents with Shaoxin Best Nail Industry Co. Ltd., ZheJiang KangShiCheng Stationery & Prize Co. Ltd., Haibilayin Industrial and Trade Co. Ltd. and Zhejiang Shaoxing Fudeli Timber industry Co. Ltd. on purchasing coffee set, nail, album, stationery, Fudeli wooden flooring products. Therefore, the delegation’s purchasing tour had accomplished perfectly.
When the delegation went back to Beijing, it joined part activities of the fifth Chaoyang International Commercial Festival, which included commercial investment recommendation conference and so on. Windsor Avenue Co., Chery Automobile Co. and other enterprises, which also joined the conference, warmly received the delegation. Leaders of Beijing municipal party committee had met all members of the delegation and highly valued the work of the DCCC, they also sincerely hoped that the chamber could frequently organize such delegations to improve the two country’s trade contacts.
