the Guests of Honor emcee will introduce delegates of sponsors particularly.
delegates of sponsors will make speech (for 20 minutes).delegates of sponsors
could take photos with the Guest of Honor after the meeting.
□ We will offer a decorated 3*3m platform for sponsors to show their products.
□ We will arrange listed companies to present the news press.
□ Sponsors could negotiate with the organizing companies to set the title of the subbranch forum according to their own products?trends.
□ Sponsors will appear as assistant companies in the publicity of this activity for foreign countries
□ Sponsors?name will appear in correlative reports about the activity marked as “the forum is supported by??o:p>
□ We will have names of sponsors put on the setting board in the center of the meeting place uniquely.
□ Sponsors?visualization will be printed on the presents and reticules that is given to the Guests of Honor.
□ We will publish the introduction of sponsors in the back cover of the magazine “Dutch Chinese Business?of the DCCC for one term.
□ We will offer a 3*5m advertising tablet for each sponsor.
□ Sponsor companies could set two pieces of advertising cloth in the meeting place.
□ We will advertise on the dining card for sponsors.
□ Presents for the meeting will be provided prior by sponsors.
□ We will arrange media interviews to sponsors integrally.
□ Sponsors could put advertisement for their corporations into present sacks.
□ If foreign purchasing groups of the DCCC in the year have interests in the goods made by both sponsors and other corporations, we will recommend sponsors?products and investment item.
2. Supporting Companies
(1). Standard format: put names of companies into the column which lists all assistant companies?names.
(2). Supporting sum: 200,000 Yuan RMB.

□ Smcee will introduce delegates of sponsors particularly
□ Delegates of sponsors could take photos with the foreign Guests after the meeting.
□ Delegates of sponsors will make speech (for 5 minutes).
□ We will arrange a place near the entrance to show the publicizing information of sponsors?companies.
□ Sponsor companies could set one piece of advertising cloth in the meeting place.
□ The names and tokens of sponsors?companies could be incarnated on the card for presenting the meeting.
□ We will publish one term of color publicity for sponsors?corporation in the magazine “Dutch Chinese Business?of the DCCC.
